Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers Dubai is looking for Assistant Sales Manager – Corporate to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate Client Acquisition & Retention:

    • Identify, target, and secure corporate clients and accounts.

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients to maximize revenue.

    • Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

  2. Sales Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.

    • Create annual, quarterly, and monthly corporate sales plans.

  3. Revenue & Budget Management:

    • Manage corporate sales budget and ensure profitability.

    • Monitor sales performance, forecast revenues, and report to management regularly.

    • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with corporate clients.

  4. Collaboration & Team Leadership:

    • Work closely with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to ensure client satisfaction.

    • Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff or account executives.

    • Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and promotions to strengthen client relationships.

  5. Reporting & CRM Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.

    • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent understanding of corporate clients’ requirements and business etiquette.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
