Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers Dubai is looking for Assistant Sales Manager – Corporate to join the team.
Responsibilities:

Corporate Client Acquisition & Retention:

Identify, target, and secure corporate clients and accounts.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients to maximize revenue.

Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy & Planning:
-
Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
-
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.

Create annual, quarterly, and monthly corporate sales plans.

Revenue & Budget Management:
-
Manage corporate sales budget and ensure profitability.
-
Monitor sales performance, forecast revenues, and report to management regularly.

Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with corporate clients.

Collaboration & Team Leadership:
-
Work closely with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
-
Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff or account executives.
-
Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and promotions to strengthen client relationships.

Reporting & CRM Management:
-
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.

Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
-
Excellent understanding of corporate clients’ requirements and business etiquette.
-
Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
-
Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
