Bartender – F&B

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

  • Greet and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.

  • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.

  • Check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.

  • Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately.

  • Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.

  • Stay up-to-date with new drinks, trends, and techniques in mixology.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a similar setting preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and bar tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (where applicable) is a plus.
