• Provide a warm, personalized welcome to customers, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
• Take orders, prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with efficiency and flair
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene procedures and local liquor laws
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper care of equipment and utensils
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
• Upsell products and promote special events or promotions to increase sales
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service
• Adapt to changing customer needs and maintain a flexible approach to work schedules
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during busy periods

• 1-2 years of professional bartending experience in a high-volume establishment
• Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and current beverage trends
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy in drink preparation and cash handling
• Proficiency in English, with clear communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
