Job Responsibilities.

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.

• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and amenities.

• Ensure prompt delivery and collection of guest luggage, packages, and messages.

• Arrange transportation services such as taxis, limousines, or airport transfers upon guest request.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, luggage storage area, and front entrance.

• Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, coordinating with other departments when necessary.

• Assist with valet parking coordination and support concierge services when required.

• Tag, store, and retrieve luggage properly to prevent loss or damage.

• Deliver newspapers, parcels, and room amenities accurately and on time.

• Support the Front Office and Duty Manager during busy periods or group arrivals/departures.

• Uphold hotel safety and security standards by monitoring guest areas and reporting any irregularities.

• Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
