Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with their luggage
- Provide information about the hotel’s facilities and services
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls
What We need from you:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
- Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
