Bell Service Agent at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Assist guests with their luggage
  • Provide information about the hotel’s facilities and services
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls
What We need from you:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
  • Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
