Position Summary:
The Bellman is responsible for providing a warm and courteous welcome to guests, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. The role contributes to the overall guest satisfaction by offering helpful information, handling requests promptly, and representing the hotel with professionalism and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing assistance with luggage and transportation.

Escort guests to and from their rooms, explaining hotel facilities and services.

Handle luggage storage and retrieval efficiently and safely.

Coordinate with Front Desk and Concierge to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.

Deliver messages, parcels, and other items to guest rooms as requested.

Assist with arranging taxis, transportation, and directions to local attractions.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.

Ensure luggage tags are properly attached and recorded for security and accuracy.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and surroundings.

Uphold grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Assist guests with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance.
Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent education.

Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Courteous, energetic, and guest-focused personality.

Good physical condition to lift and carry luggage safely.

Knowledge of the local area, attractions, and transportation options.

Basic English communication; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, German, etc.) are a plus.
