Responsibilities

Assist in providing exceptional service to Club Lounge guests

Welcome and assist guests during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail service

Support check-in and check-out services for eligible guests when required
-
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and setup of the Club Lounge
-
Assist with food and beverage service according to brand standards
-
Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner

Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams
-
Support inventory control and replenishment of lounge supplies
-
Follow hygiene, safety, and brand compliance standards
Qualifications
-
Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality Management or related field
-
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage)

Customer-focused attitude with a passion for service excellence

Well-groomed, professional appearance
-
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Willingness to learn luxury service standards

Team player with positive attitude
