Cluster HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment activities for all properties in the cluster, including job postings, interviews, and selection.

  • Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees across hotels.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries across properties.

  • Support managers in handling employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

  • Assist in implementing staff engagement, recognition, and retention programs.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across the cluster.

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and HR reporting across multiple properties.

  • Support performance appraisal processes and succession planning initiatives.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

Training & Development Support

  • Assist in coordinating training and development programs for staff.

  • Support HR initiatives related to career growth, promotions, and skill development.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for cluster management.

  • Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data accuracy.

  • Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.

  • Prior HR experience in hotels or multi-property clusters preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work across multiple properties and manage priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems; knowledge of HRIS is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
