Abu Dhabi National Hotel is looking for Cluster Sales Manager – Group

Responsibility

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for group segments across multiple hotels within the cluster.

Handle group inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to maximize business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.

Identify new business opportunities within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) and group market segments.

Coordinate closely with the Revenue, Reservations, and Events teams to ensure smooth group operations and guest satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to adjust sales plans accordingly.

Represent the hotels at trade shows, exhibitions, and client events to promote the cluster portfolio.

Ensure all group bookings are accurately entered and updated in the system, following brand standards and policies.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all properties in the cluster to effectively cross-sell services.

Lead, mentor, and support Sales Executives or Coordinators within the group segment.
