Cluster Training Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development

  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for hotel staff across the cluster.

  • Conduct onboarding, induction, and refresher training for new and existing employees.

  • Ensure training programs align with brand standards and operational requirements.

  • Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.

  • Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements for skill enhancement.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate training schedules with department heads and hotel management teams.

  • Ensure consistent delivery of training programs across all properties in the cluster.

  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and Operations teams to identify skill gaps.

  • Communicate updates on training programs, policies, and compliance requirements to staff.

Performance & Compliance

  • Track staff training records, certifications, and development plans.

  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training, safety standards, and brand guidelines.

  • Monitor post-training performance and provide coaching where necessary.

Event & Program Support

  • Organize workshops, seminars, and soft-skill development programs.

  • Support talent development initiatives such as leadership or succession planning.

  • Assist in special projects related to organizational development and culture enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, HR, or related field.

  • Proven experience in training and development within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.

  • Ability to work across multiple properties and manage schedules efficiently.

  • Coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
