Responsibilities

Support the Complex Sales & Marketing team across multiple properties

Assist with preparation of sales proposals, contracts, reports, and presentations

Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems

Coordinate site inspections, client visits, and sales appointments

Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities
-
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
-
Support organization of events, trade shows, and exhibitions
-
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination

Handle administrative tasks and maintain sales documentation
Qualifications
-
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-property environment
