Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide professional concierge services

Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, and local attractions

Offer accurate information on local culture, events, and experiences

Handle special requests, celebrations, and VIP arrangements

Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently

Maintain a database of local vendors and service providers

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
-
Ensure lobby and concierge desk presentation meets brand standards
-
Support Bell Desk and Front Office operations when required
Qualifications
-
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
-
Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office preferred
-
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services
-
Well-groomed, professional appearance
-
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
