Driver cum Valet / Bellman – Park Regis Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive hotel vehicles for guest transportation, pick-ups, and drop-offs.

• Park, retrieve, and manage guest vehicles responsibly while maintaining key control.

• Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room escort.

• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of hotel vehicles.

• Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms.

• Support lobby operations by welcoming guests and opening doors.

• Follow traffic rules, safety standards, and hotel policies at all times.

• Coordinate with Concierge, Valet, and Front Desk for guest requests.

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license (or relevant country license).

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and guest service skills.

• Good knowledge of local routes and safe driving practices.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
