Duty Engineer – The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai

Conduct routine inspections of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.

Respond to repair requests from guests, departments, and management.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to air conditioning, electrical supply, kitchen equipment, water pumps, lighting, and general facilities.

Monitor building management systems (BMS) for any irregularities.

Ensure proper functioning of emergency systems including fire alarms, emergency lights, and fire pumps.

Maintain daily logs of maintenance work, equipment readings, and issues rectified.

Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or facilities maintenance environment.

Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs.

Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.

Good communication skills and service-oriented attitude.

Physically fit and able to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
