About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Support daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures

Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling queries and resolving issues professionally

Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure service excellence

Supervise Front Office team members during shifts and provide guidance when needed
-
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
-
Assist with reporting, shift handovers, and operational follow-up
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree In Hospitality, Business, or any other relevant field
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate | Advanced)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Additional language is desirable.
