Key Responsibilities:

Handle event inquiries, prepare proposals, and guide clients through the entire planning process.

Coordinate with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and event requirements.

Prepare detailed event orders (BEOs) and ensure timely communication with all internal departments.

Follow up with relevant teams—F&B, Banquets, AV, Housekeeping, Front Office—to ensure event readiness.

Conduct site inspections, showcasing event spaces and highlighting available services.
-
Assist in budgeting, quoting, and ensuring events align with revenue goals.
-
Monitor event setups and provide on-site support to ensure alignment with the client’s vision.
-
Address last-minute changes or challenges with a calm, solution-oriented attitude.
-
Maintain accurate records, contracts, and documentation for each event.
-
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and positive feedback.
-
Support the Events Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
-
Ensure all events follow brand standards, safety guidelines, and quality expectations.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in Events, Banqueting, Sales, or a related hospitality field.
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Proficient in event systems, BEO creation, and hotel software (Opera, CI/TY, etc.).
-
Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
-
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
-
Professional presentation and guest-focused approach.
-
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
