Job Description
The F&B Intern supports the Food and Beverage team by assisting in daily operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet areas. This role is designed to provide hands-on learning and practical experience in customer service, restaurant standards, and hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in welcoming and seating guests in a polite and professional manner.

Support waitstaff with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables.

Ensure all dining areas are clean, organized, and prepared for service.

Learn menu items, ingredients, and service standards to provide accurate guest information.

Assist with buffet setups, coffee breaks, and banquet events when required.

Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Support supervisors and managers with daily tasks and administrative duties.

Handle guest requests and ensure a positive dining experience.

Participate in training sessions to learn hotel standards and operational procedures.
