The F&B Service Expert is responsible for providing outstanding dining experiences by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service. This role supports the smooth operation of the outlet, ensures guest satisfaction, and maintains brand standards across all service moments.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.

Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages.

Take accurate orders and ensure timely service delivery.

Set up, clear, and maintain tables and dining areas according to standards.

Serve food and beverages professionally while following sequence-of-service guidelines.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper handling of all service equipment.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, ingredients, and dietary information.

Support teammates during busy operations to ensure seamless service.

Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.

Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary.

Assist with buffet setups, room service, and special events when required.

Promote restaurant promotions, signature dishes, and loyalty programs.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in F&B service preferred, especially in hospitality.

Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy operations.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
