Job Summary:
The F&B (Food & Beverage) Service Expert is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing high-quality service, guiding the service team, and ensuring guest satisfaction in all food and beverage outlets. This role requires in-depth knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding, personalized service to all guests in restaurants, bars, and other F&B outlets.

  • Demonstrate expertise in menu knowledge, wine pairings, cocktails, and culinary offerings.

  • Train, mentor, and support service staff to maintain high service standards.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

  • Assist in managing guest feedback and resolving service-related issues promptly.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Uphold brand and hotel service standards consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in fine dining or luxury hotel F&B operations.

  • Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and service techniques.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
