F&B Service Expert – All Day Dining Restaurant

Job Summary:
The F&B Service Expert in the All Day Dining restaurant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. This role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting in creating a pleasant and efficient dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing attentive and professional service throughout their dining experience.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely and correct delivery to guests.

  • Present menu options, daily specials, and beverage selections to enhance the guest experience.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on service standards and procedures.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and high-quality presentation.

  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the restaurant area.

  • Upsell menu items and special promotions when appropriate to maximize revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or fine dining environment.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, etiquette, and safety procedures.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and a guest-focused attitude.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
