Job Summary:
The F&B Service Expert in the All Day Dining restaurant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. This role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting in creating a pleasant and efficient dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing attentive and professional service throughout their dining experience.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely and correct delivery to guests.

Present menu options, daily specials, and beverage selections to enhance the guest experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on service standards and procedures.

Qualifications:
