F&B Service Expert – Arabic Specialty Restaurant – The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal

To deliver an authentic Arabic dining experience by providing exceptional food and beverage service, showcasing knowledge of Arabic cuisine, traditions, and hospitality, while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to all guests

• Present menus and explain Arabic dishes, ingredients, and traditional service styles

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service

• Serve food and beverages in accordance with Arabic dining etiquette and brand standards

• Recommend dishes, beverages, and promotions to enhance the guest experience

• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

• Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation meet standards

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow

• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations

• Support special events, private dining, and cultural celebrations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in an Arabic or specialty restaurant

• Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine, culture, and service traditions

• Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Well-groomed, professional appearance

• Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
