F&B Service Expert – M Club

The F&B Service Expert – M Club is responsible for providing personalized, high-quality service to Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and VIP guests within the exclusive M Club Lounge. This role ensures a warm, professional, and memorable experience by anticipating guest needs, maintaining a refined atmosphere, and supporting seamless food and beverage operations throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a warm and personalized M Club experience.

  • Serve food and beverages according to brand standards, ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness.

  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the M Club Lounge at all times.

  • Assist in replenishing the buffet, monitoring food quality, and coordinating with the culinary team.

  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and prompt solutions.

  • Support VIP and Bonvoy Elite recognition, ensuring consistent delivery of loyalty benefits.

  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards throughout the lounge operations.

  • Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and daily operational checklists.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and Marriott Bonvoy program features.

  • Demonstrate a polished, calm, and guest-focused presence, especially during peak hours.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality environment preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality.

  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced lounge setting.

  • Knowledge of buffet service, beverage handling, and basic barista skills is an advantage.

  • Professional grooming and adherence to brand appearance standards.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, especially in the Gulf region.
