The F&B Service Expert – M Club is responsible for providing personalized, high-quality service to Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and VIP guests within the exclusive M Club Lounge. This role ensures a warm, professional, and memorable experience by anticipating guest needs, maintaining a refined atmosphere, and supporting seamless food and beverage operations throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a warm and personalized M Club experience.

Serve food and beverages according to brand standards, ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness.

Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the M Club Lounge at all times.

Assist in replenishing the buffet, monitoring food quality, and coordinating with the culinary team.

Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and prompt solutions.

Support VIP and Bonvoy Elite recognition, ensuring consistent delivery of loyalty benefits.

Uphold hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards throughout the lounge operations.

Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and daily operational checklists.

Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and Marriott Bonvoy program features.

Demonstrate a polished, calm, and guest-focused presence, especially during peak hours.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality environment preferred.

Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality.

Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced lounge setting.

Knowledge of buffet service, beverage handling, and basic barista skills is an advantage.

Professional grooming and adherence to brand appearance standards.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, especially in the Gulf region.
