The F&B Service Expert – Room Service delivers exceptional in-room dining experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service. This role ensures that all guest orders are prepared, delivered, and presented according to hotel standards, while maintaining high levels of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service

Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

Present the order according to brand standards, ensuring proper setup and handling.

Assist guests with any additional requests and follow up promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain strong product knowledge of the menu, dietary options, and allergens.
Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in F&B preferred, ideally in a hotel environment.

Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask during busy operations.
