Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our team in Rixos Bab Al Bahr. As an Outlet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service in our food and beverage outlet.
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Train, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain excellent performance and adherence to company policies
- Monitor and maintain quality control for all food and beverage items served
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to meet budgetary goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency
- Prepare staff schedules and manage time-off requests
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns
- Assist in implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, record-keeping, and cash management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant or food and beverage outlet operations, with at least one year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices
- Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the food service industry
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Relevant education in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
