The Front Office Associate (Arabic Speaker) is the face of the hotel, responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for guests. The role involves handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing inquiries efficiently, and delivering personalized service in both Arabic and English to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all guests warmly, ensuring a seamless and personalized arrival experience.

Handle guest registration, check-in, and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.

Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking guests to provide information, resolve concerns, and enhance satisfaction.

Manage room assignments, key distribution, and guest requests promptly through the property management system (e.g., Opera).

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and promotions to assist guests.

Handle cash and credit transactions securely in compliance with hotel policies.

Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.

Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service delivery.

Address guest complaints or issues promptly, escalating to the Duty Manager when necessary.

Ensure all records, reports, and daily handovers are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:

Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Relations in a hotel environment preferred.

Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Proficiency in hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and MS Office.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
