The Front Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and efficient service. This role ensures smooth check-in/check-out processes, handles guest inquiries, and maintains the overall positive image of the hotel.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality preferred

1–3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role

Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage

Multilingual skills are a plus
