Front Office Receptionist – Bay La Sun Hotel & Marina

The Front Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and efficient service. This role ensures smooth check-in/check-out processes, handles guest inquiries, and maintains the overall positive image of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression.

  • Handle check-in, check-out, and room assignments efficiently.

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous manner.

  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

  • Ensure VIPs and special guests receive personalized attention.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role

  • Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage

  • Multilingual skills are a plus
