Supervise and support Front Desk Agents, Bell Team, and Concierge during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and billing processes according to Marriott standards.
Handle guest complaints and service recovery efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Review daily arrivals and departures, ensuring accuracy in reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles.
Coordinate VIP and Bonvoy Elite arrivals, special requests, and room upgrades.
Ensure accurate cash handling, shift balancing, and adherence to audit procedures.
Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for room status updates.
Conduct shift briefings and ensure team members are informed of hotel activities and policies.
Train, motivate, and monitor team members to maintain service quality and professionalism.
Prepare and submit daily reports on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and incidents.
Maintain high grooming standards, professionalism, and adherence to brand values.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of Front Office experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or shift leader role.
Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and related hotel systems (HotSOS, Micros, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and guest service skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, German, or Italian are an advantage.
