Millennium Hotel Dubai is looking Experienced Guest Service Agent (GSA)

Position : Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

  • Handle guest registrations, room assignments, and issue room keys.

  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

  • Manage reservations and update guest profiles accurately in the system.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.

  • Process payments, verify billing accuracy, and handle cash or credit transactions.

  • Promote hotel services and upsell room categories or packages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.

  • Ensure all guest interactions follow brand standards and reflect a high level of hospitality.

  • Handle VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special requests efficiently.

  • Record and relay messages accurately, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Support Night Audit or Duty Manager with daily reports and operational tasks when needed.
