Handle guest registrations, room assignments, and process payments accurately.

Provide detailed information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring high guest satisfaction.

Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the property management system.

Coordinate with other departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and Concierge to fulfill guest needs.

Promote hotel services, upgrades, and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience and revenue.

Manage room keys, billing, and guest accounts according to hotel procedures.

Handle VIP, corporate, and long-stay guest arrivals with personalized attention.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.

Support the Duty Manager or Night Manager during peak operations or guest challenges.

Ensure all front office activities comply with brand standards, safety, and service excellence expectations.
