Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.

Provide information about the menu, specials, and services when needed.

Assist in coordinating guest flow between the front desk, dining area, and service staff.

Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station.

Support the team in various front-of-house duties as required.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
