The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role ensures a welcoming, spotless, and comfortable environment for guests while adhering to brand standards and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and public areas to high standards.

Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities.

Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces in rooms and public areas.

Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.

Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.

Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Follow established hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.

Respond promptly to guest requests and special housekeeping requirements.

Assist in preparing rooms for VIP arrivals, check-ins, and special events.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience in hotels preferred.
