Key Responsibilities:

Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron all hotel linen, guest laundry, and staff uniforms according to established standards.

Operate laundry machines and equipment safely and efficiently, following manufacturer instructions.

Inspect linen and clothing for stains, damage, or wear and report issues to supervisors.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in laundry rooms and storage areas.

Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and request replenishments as needed.

Follow proper handling, storage, and transportation procedures for clean and soiled items.

Adhere to hygiene, safety, and chemical handling guidelines at all times.

Assist with the delivery of clean linen and uniforms to appropriate departments.

Support the Housekeeping team during peak periods or special projects.
-
Report maintenance or operational issues promptly to the supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping operations preferred.

Knowledge of laundry procedures, equipment, and detergents.

Physically fit to handle lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic communication skills and fluency in English.
