Lobby Ambassador Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival in the hotel lobby.

• Create a lasting first impression by offering assistance, information, and personalized attention.

• Maintain an active presence in the lobby to ensure guests receive immediate support and guidance.

• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams to ensure seamless service.

• Escort VIP guests and assist with check-in/check-out or any special arrangements.

• Monitor the lobby’s cleanliness, ambience, and guest flow, ensuring it always reflects hotel standards.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating to Duty Manager when necessary.

• Promote hotel facilities, dining options, and ongoing promotions to enhance guest engagement.

• Support group arrivals, special events, and guest activities by coordinating with relevant departments.

• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the brand’s service culture and hospitality standards.

• Maintain accurate knowledge of hotel products, services, and local attractions to confidently assist guests.

• Uphold a polished appearance, maintaining the highest grooming and service standards at all times.
