Manager, Luxury Brands – Area Office Dubai – Marriott International

Position Summary
The Manager, Luxury Brands, MEA supports the implementation of Luxury Brand initiatives and brand marketing campaigns across the Middle East and Africa region. This role will play a key part in strengthening brand positioning, ensuring culturally relevant activations, and driving organizational alignment to deliver on-brand guest and associate experiences.

The position reports to the Vice President, Luxury Brands MEA and collaborates closely with the Director, The Ritz-Carlton, The Ritz-Carlton Reserve and St. Regis, MEA, the Senior Manager, JW Marriott & The Luxury Collection, MEA, and the Senior Director, Portfolio Growth, MEA. The role partners cross-functionally with leaders across EMEA and Global Brand, Marketing, Loyalty, Partnerships, Digital, and PR + Comms teams, as well as with Regional Commercial teams and agency partners.

Key Focus Areas

  1. Culturally Relevant Brand Marketing – Supports the execution of 360-degree brand marketing campaigns and activations in key source markets for Luxury Brands in MEA.
  2. Localized Brand Management – Partners on Luxury Brand strategy roll-out and ensures effective localization and pull-through of initiatives across the continent. Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver on-brand hotel openings, relaunches, and operations.
  3. Luxury Group Alignment – Drives organizational alignment by developing and sharing brand toolkits and guidelines to ensure on-brand operations and communication across disciplines.
  4. On-Strategy Portfolio Growth – Provides brand support to the Senior Director, Portfolio Growth, MEA on owner presentations, hotel case studies, and branded materials.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Marketing

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and affinity for Luxury Brands in the MEA region.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver on-brand content, activations, and PR-driven brand events.
  • Support campaign tracking and reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Provide brand support for new hotels joining the Luxury Brands portfolio.

On-Strategy Portfolio Growth

  • Support portfolio growth efforts through the creation of owner presentations, brand materials, and hotel case studies.
  • Collaborate with development and brand teams to ensure alignment on brand positioning and design.

Brand Management

  • Partner with Continent Operations to ensure brand operating standards and programs are implemented effectively.
  • Support hotel openings and conversions, including pre-opening countdowns and branded experience implementation.
  • Support execution of brand culture, service standards, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Luxury Group Alignment

  • Act as a trusted brand ambassador, driving engagement and alignment on brand positioning and activation.
  • Share communication materials, toolkits, and brand guidelines with internal teams and hotel leaders to ensure consistent execution.

Candidate Profile

Experience and Education

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, brand marketing, or luxury brand management.
  • University degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of working with senior executives in a consultative and strategic capacity.
  • Experience in MEA markets strongly preferred.
  • High proficiency in English required; additional language skills desirable.
