About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Manager (National Talent) to join our team of Human Resources at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and support career development.
- Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employee development initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with labor laws.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- BSc degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Advanced)
- Problem solving
- Leadership and team management skills
- Detail orientated
