What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field is preferred.
- A proven track record and experience in a Marketing role in the Food and Beverage sector.
- A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
- Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
- An ability to find Creative Solutions and Take Ownership of all duties and tasks assigned, while ensuring an unparalleled Journey at FIVE.
- Through knowledge and interest in Social Media Platforms and Marketing.
- Proficient in Copywriting and Communications.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
- A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates compelling, innovative, and visually stunning Social Media Content to elevate FIVE’s sensational Food and Beverage Concepts and Events.
- Manages Social Media Calendars, including Providing Support during Photoshoots, Copywriting Brand-focused Messages for regular scheduled posts, and Attending Events and Activations to create content for social media stories.
- Addresses Guest Concerns and Reviews on all social media and online platforms, coordinating with the relevant internal departments to ensure ‘FIVE-Star’ Customer Service.
- Tracks relevant Social Media Influencers to Identify Opportunities to elevate the brand, and extends FIVE’s reach through Influencer Collaborations.
- Uploads approved Blog Articles and briefs Graphic Designers to create accompanying images.
- Liaises with the Public Relations agency, Providing Briefs and Imagery to take FIVE’s reputation to the Next Level.
- Innovates creative ideas to drive Revenue and Sales to our Sensational Food and Beverage venues.
- Works with other ‘FIVERs’ to Develop and Execute new event concepts.
