Night Club Supervisor – with Night Club Experience

Position Summary

The Night Club Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the night club to ensure exceptional guest service, team performance, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience in nightlife management, and the ability to maintain an energetic and safe atmosphere. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of bar operations, entertainment coordination, and luxury guest experience standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all night club operations, including service, guest relations, and bar performance.

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent and consistent service.

• Monitor club ambiance, music levels, lighting, and crowd control to maintain the desired atmosphere.

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.

• Coordinate with DJs, entertainers, and security teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage stock levels, beverage inventories, and daily cash handling procedures.

• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in all areas of operation.

• Support management with shift planning, staff scheduling, and performance feedback.

• Promote special events, theme nights, and marketing initiatives.

• Maintain strong floor presence during peak operating hours.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a night club, lounge, or upscale bar.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of nightlife operations, cocktails, and guest service standards.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Excellent grooming and presentation.

• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Italian, or German) are a plus.

• Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting tools.
