Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and standards.

• Welcome guests, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations.

• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and proper setup (mise-en-place).

• Handle cash and card payments accurately.

• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal guidelines.

• Maintain knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages.

• Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and receiving deliveries.

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous bartending or F&B experience preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of beverages, mixology, and bar equipment.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

• Professional grooming and positive attitude.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
