Reservation Agent – Bay La Sun Hotel & Marina

Reservation Management

  • Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, or online booking channels.

  • Confirm, modify, and cancel bookings accurately in the PMS (Opera, OnQ, Protel, or similar).

  • Provide guests with information about room types, rates, packages, and hotel services.

  • Ensure all special requests, VIP preferences, and group bookings are correctly noted and communicated to relevant departments

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office

  • Familiarity with online booking channels and GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is an advantage

  • Experience in 4- or 5-star hotels preferred
