Reservation Management

Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, or online booking channels.

Confirm, modify, and cancel bookings accurately in the PMS (Opera, OnQ, Protel, or similar).

Provide guests with information about room types, rates, packages, and hotel services.

Ensure all special requests, VIP preferences, and group bookings are correctly noted and communicated to relevant departments
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality preferred

1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office

Familiarity with online booking channels and GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is an advantage
-
Experience in 4- or 5-star hotels preferred
