Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Residence Executive to join our Residences Division. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our long-term residents, ensuring personalized, efficient, and seamless day-to-day experiences that reflect the Palazzo Versace standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated assistance and support to residents in all matters related to their stay, lifestyle, and residence services.
- Manage daily resident requests, concerns, and communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Concierge teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist in move-in/move-out procedures, apartment inspections, and resident orientations.
- Maintain accurate records of resident profiles, preferences, and service histories.
- Support billing and administrative tasks related to residence operations.
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment that enhances residents’ sense of belonging and satisfaction.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure all interactions reflect Palazzo Versace’s luxury hospitality values.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations, residential services, or front office within a 5-star hotel or luxury residence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for personalized service.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor in line with luxury hospitality standards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage, preferably Russian.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hospitality software.
