Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Treatments:

Perform various spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other wellness therapies according to spa protocols.

Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.

Deliver services in a professional, courteous, and personalized manner.

Maintain guest confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service.
Hygiene & Safety:

Ensure all spa rooms, equipment, linens, and tools are clean, sanitized, and ready for use.

Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all spa operations.

Report any malfunctioning equipment, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.

Advise guests on pre- and post-treatment care for optimal results.
Operational Responsibilities:

Manage appointments, schedules, and bookings efficiently.

Maintain records of guest preferences and treatment history.

Support inventory management of spa products and supplies.
-
Assist in maintaining ambiance and overall aesthetics of the spa area.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other spa therapists, supervisors, and wellness staff.

Participate in training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and skill development programs.

Assist in spa promotions, packages, and guest engagement activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related fields.

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or Specialist in a hotel, resort, or wellness center.

Knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, etc.).

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
-
Professional appearance, demeanor, and hygiene standards.

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of health and safety protocols in spa operations.
