Spa Therapist – Health Club

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies.

• Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment environment.

• Educate guests on aftercare and wellness practices to enhance treatment benefits.

• Maintain accurate records of treatments and client preferences.

• Monitor and manage treatment room supplies and stock.

• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols at all times.

• Collaborate with the spa team and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new treatments.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, or wellness center preferred.

• Knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Knowledge of health and safety standards in spa operations.
