Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and beauty therapies.

• Welcome guests warmly and provide detailed consultation to understand preferences and health conditions.

• Recommend suitable treatments and wellness products based on guest needs.

• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance.

• Maintain excellent knowledge of spa menus, techniques, and product lines.

• Ensure all guest interactions are professional, discreet, and customer-focused.

• Uphold hygiene standards in accordance with spa protocols and local health regulations.

• Support the spa reception with bookings, guest inquiries, and retail product sales when required.

• Handle guest feedback calmly and follow proper escalation procedures.

• Participate in regular training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified Spa Therapist with training in massage and beauty treatments.

• Prior experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment preferred.

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and spa treatment techniques.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Professional grooming and a calm, welcoming demeanor.
