Team Leader Bartending/Bar Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the bar team.

  • Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences when necessary.

  • Ensure consistent quality of drinks and presentation standards.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver excellent service.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management.

  • Enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations regarding alcohol service.

  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Collaborate with management and other departments for smooth operations and special events.

  • Monitor staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bartender with supervisory or team leader experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.
