Key Responsibilities

Supervise bartenders and bar attendants during operations.

Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of all beverages.

Train, coach, and support bar staff on service standards and beverage knowledge.

Monitor bar stock levels, place requisitions, and ensure proper storage and rotation.

Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment functionality.

Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.

Assist with creating new cocktails, promotions, and menus.

Support accurate cash handling, voids, discounts, and daily cashier closure.
Skills & Qualifications
-
Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Supervisor.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beverages.
-
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and service excellence.
-
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
