Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort is looking for Waiter and Waitress.

Waiter / Waitress Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.

• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.

• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation and quality meet brand standards.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, attentive service throughout the meal.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.

• Ensure proper setup and preparation of the restaurant before each service period.

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally and promptly.

• Process billing and payments accurately in accordance with hotel policies.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and correct order delivery.

• Promote daily specials, upsell menu items, and recommend wine or beverage pairings to maximize revenue.

• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures according to HACCP and hotel standards.

• Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Maintain a neat appearance and uphold the hotel’s grooming and service standards at all times.
