Key Responsibilities
Guest Services

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.

Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to and from guest rooms.
-
Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities when required.
-
Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Valet & Transportation
-
Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly following valet procedures.
-
Ensure vehicles are handled with care and returned in the same condition as received.

Maintain proper records for valet tickets, vehicle keys, and logbooks.
-
Drive hotel vehicles when required, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and hotel policies.
Safety & Security
-
Follow hotel safety and security procedures at all times.
-
Report any suspicious activity, vehicle damage, or guest concerns to the Bell Captain or Front Office Supervisor immediately.

Ensure driveways, entrances, and luggage areas are clean and well-organized.
Coordination & Reporting
-
Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Security for smooth guest handling.
-
Assist in managing guest requests such as airport transfers, taxis, and transportation arrangements.

Update shift handover logs and report operational issues
Skills & Competencies
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-
Basic English communication (additional languages are an advantage).
-
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
-
Good knowledge of local roads and landmarks.
-
Physically fit and able to lift luggage.
Working Conditions
-
Shift-based duty, including weekends and public holidays.
-
Outdoor work exposure in all weather conditions.
