Job Description
Handles guest reservations accurately and efficiently through phone, email, and online channels. Provides information on room types, rates, and hotel services, maximizes revenue through upselling, and ensures all bookings are correctly entered into the PMS. Maintains high standards of customer service and supports front office and sales teams.
Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field

1–2 years’ experience in hotel reservations or front office

Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)

Good communication and customer service skills

English required; additional languages an advantage
