The Assistant F&B Server – Banquets supports the banquet service team in preparing, coordinating, and executing food and beverage service for private events, weddings, corporate functions, gala dinners, and social celebrations. This role works under the supervision of the Banquet Captain and F&B Supervisors, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction at every banquet event.
The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in luxury banquet or restaurant service, excellent communication skills, and a guest‑centric approach. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, such as Russian or Arabic, are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up banquet venues according to event specifications, including table arrangements, décor, linens, and service stations.

Serve food and beverages professionally in accordance with hotel standards and service sequences.

Maintain immaculate presentation of tables, buffets, beverage stations, and service areas throughout events.

Monitor supplies of glassware, cutlery, linen, and service items, coordinating with supervisors to replenish as needed.
