Guest Experience Expert – Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City is a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences for every visitor. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will act as the primary point of contact for our guests, assisting with inquiries, providing local information, and ensuring seamless stays from check-in to check-out.

About the Role
The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for handling guest inquiries, providing recommendations, resolving issues, and delivering personalized service in alignment with Courtyard by Marriott standards. You will work closely with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services teams to ensure every guest has a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Hospitality

Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any service requests.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.

Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, in-house events, and local attractions.

Offer personalized recommendations for dining, sightseeing, transportation, and entertainment.

Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage as needed.

Ensure seamless guest interactions both in person and over the phone.
Operational Support & Coordination

Maintain close coordination with Front Desk, Concierge, and Bell staff for smooth operations.

Monitor guest feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Record guest preferences, special requests, and service notes accurately in the hotel system.

Assist with package deliveries, messages, and other guest services in a timely manner.

Support other departments during high-volume periods or staff shortages.
Team Collaboration & Training

Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors to maintain high service standards.

Participate in training programs and development initiatives.

Assist in coaching and mentoring new team members on guest service excellence.

Maintain knowledge of Marriott brand standards, policies, and procedures.
Safety & Standards Compliance

Follow hotel safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.

Ensure all areas of guest interaction are maintained to Marriott cleanliness and safety standards.

Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in guest service, concierge, or front office role in a luxury hotel.

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with Marriott standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems is preferred.
